Happy New Year

And we're off!

Hello Dear Reader, it is 2025! The year is starting, some people are going back to work today having worked over Christmas and not really seeing what the fuss is about.

Other people have been off since mid to late December, don't return to work until Monday and are looking around wondering how they survive on things other than chocolate and cheese?! And, what's that, you want me to do my job when I go back to work?? How do I do that??

Wherever you are, how ever you are feeling, January is a funky time of year. You might be desperate to start a new project, feeling like your wheels are spinning as you try to get going, impatiently waiting for things to reopen and get back into some kind of routine.

Alternatively, you may have been planning for ages, plotting things out with precision, events having started a while ago and now you can glide gracefully along your chosen path!

It is also possible that you may be looking around and thinking "Everyone else seems to know what they are doing and doing it... why can't I be like that?" If this is you, then I'm right there with you. At the end of 2024 I announced on my LinkedIn page, and here, that I was starting a new endeavour of a Coaching business in 2025. And I am, and I've started... sort of...

My booking page is ready, I am ready to go, aaaaand... I'm stalling. Because it's new and it's exciting and also scary!
What if it is successful?
What if it isn't successful?
What if no one wants to work with me?
What if everyone wants to work with me?

Well, I don't know the answer to any of those questions. I do know though that unless I start, absolutely nothing will happen! And in order to start, I need to tell people what I am doing.
