Personalised 1:1 private coaching and accountability to help you reclaim time, energy, confidence, creativity and joy for your life every day! Guided and supported by an experienced coach, acting as your personal cheerleader who believes in you while we transform your life together.
This is for you if you’re the go-to person for everything and everyone. You feel like you have to keep going constantly or you’d let yourself and everyone around you down. You overthink every interaction and you’re overwhelmed by everything you have on your plate right now. You know you “should” be looking after yourself, but you always seem to come last in the priority list. You’re waiting for permission to do the things you love and you feel like life is passing by without you.

- 12 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching calls delivered weekly or fortnightly
- Free women’s PowerTypes® profile test
- Free “Discover your Selves” profile test
- Support and accountability between calls via email
- Relevant world class tools to use between sessions
The first session of this bespoke programme begins with an extensive review of the challenges you are currently facing. From here, in partnership, we will craft a programme of tools, exercises and non-directional coaching together to unravel the problem you are facing and reshape it into a pathway towards your new way of being.
Pricing plans are available on request if you need to split the cost into multiple payments. All payment plans start with a non-refundable deposit of £395 and each payment instalment is subject to a £10 admin fee. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
